Considering the cost of this book, you will expect it to have detailed and more elaborating information. The information are briefed and there is not much diagram for proper illustration. I wonder why those people gave it a five star (just 8 people). It should be like $45-60.

This is probably the best textbook for cardiology/cardiac surgery ICU units; not too expensive, and not overly wordy. I highly recommend it for all ICU physicians and pharmacists.
