Ph.D., Graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session # 176) and holds his Ph.D. in Police Administration. He has held numerous executive law enforcement positions to include Bureau Chief, New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy and Special Agent in Charge of Standards and Evaluation, US Department of Energy. Currently teaches law enforcement management programs for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and conducts Vulnerability Assessments worldwide for Sandia National Laboratories.
