Very nice summary of basic approaches and literature to date of publication

This is well written, and has good coverage of all the aspects (I can think of) of particle deposition on surfaces. I haven't looked at the particle aggregation material that carefully, but I assume it is similarly thorough. It has a few chapters dedicated to basics like Stern layers, Hamaker constants, and hydrodynamics. Then it gets to the more interesting applications of those concepts to particle deposition... Not an undergrad book, more like a grad student book and book for working scientists (like myself).
